Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy applies to all mobile applications developed by PDF Plus (“we”, “us”, or “our”). The person downloading or using the app is referred to as the “User”.

1. Data Collection

PDF Plus does not collect any personally identifiable information directly from users through our applications. We do not require users to log in or submit any personal details to use our services.

2. Use of Google User Data

Our app may access your Google user data only when you grant explicit permission, such as when connecting to Google Drive or other Google services. Specifically, the app may request access to files or content you choose to open, read, or save within the app interface.

Google user data is used strictly for the following purposes:

Allowing users to open, view, and save files from/to their Google Drive.
Enabling core functionality within the app related to Google services.
Providing seamless integration and a better user experience.

We do not use Google user data for advertising, profiling, analytics, or sharing with third parties.

3. Sharing, Transfer, or Disclosure of Google User Data

PDF Plus does not share, transfer, sell, or disclose any Google user data with third parties under any circumstances.

All Google user data is processed locally within the app and used only as needed to perform the functionality requested by the user. No Google user data is ever stored on our servers or transmitted externally.

4. Data Protection and Security Measures

We take user data security seriously and implement the following measures to protect all sensitive data, including Google user data:

All data transmission to and from Google services is encrypted using HTTPS and OAuth 2.0 secure protocols.
Access tokens and credentials are stored securely and used only in memory (not persisted).
Google user data is only accessed temporarily and is never stored or cached after the session ends.
Only authorized app components have access to Google user data, and the app is regularly audited for compliance.

5. In-App Purchases and Advertisements

Our apps may include advertisements or offer in-app purchases. All payments are handled securely via Google Play or Apple App Store. We may receive a transaction ID to verify purchase status, but this is not linked to any user identity.

6. User Consent

By using our application and explicitly authorizing Google account access, you consent to the use, access, and limited processing of Google user data as described in this Privacy Policy. You can revoke access at any time via your Google account settings.

7. Changes to This Privacy Policy

This policy may be updated from time to time. Updates will be reflected on this page with a new effective date. We encourage users to review the Privacy Policy periodically.
